1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of PACO GEO, the AI visibility optimization service operated by PACO AI at pacoai.co. By creating an account, paying for the service, or connecting a platform (such as Google Business Profile) to PACO, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
PACO GEO is a done-for-you service that runs an AI visibility scan across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Foursquare; generates schema markup and service pages; optimizes directory listings; seeds content; analyzes competitors; detects hallucinations; and provides ongoing monitoring with score-drop alerts. Some optimizations require you to connect third-party platforms (Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Foursquare). PACO only writes to connected platforms after you approve each change in the PACO dashboard.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use PACO GEO to publish spammy, misleading, or deceptive content.
- Impersonate a business you do not own or manage.
- Connect a Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, or Foursquare account that you do not have explicit authority to manage.
- Use PACO GEO to violate the terms of service of any connected platform (including Google, Bing, Apple, and Foursquare).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs.
- Use PACO GEO to harass, defame, or target any person or business.
4. Subscription and payment
- PACO GEO is sold as a one-time purchase of $149 (pricing may change; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order).
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Email emmad@pacoai.co to request a refund.
- If we introduce an ongoing monitoring subscription in the future, it will be billed separately and you will be asked to opt in.
5. Customer responsibilities
- You represent that you own the business you are optimizing, or that you are an authorized agent acting with the owner's consent.
- You represent that you have authority to connect the business's Google Business Profile (and any other platform you connect) to PACO GEO.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving every write that PACO proposes to a connected platform. PACO will not publish writes without your approval click.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide to PACO (name, address, phone, services, hours).
6. Service availability and Google review timeline
PACO GEO is offered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and we do not offer a contractual SLA at this time. Some features depend on third-party review processes that are outside our control; in particular, Google's restricted-scope OAuth verification for Google Business Profile typically takes between two and six weeks, and we cannot accelerate that timeline.
7. Intellectual property
PACO GEO, including its code, design, copy, brand, and schema templates, is the property of PACO AI. Content that PACO generates on your behalf (service pages, schema markup, posts) is licensed to you for use on your business surfaces. Your business content and data remain yours.
8. Limitation of liability
PACO GEO is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, PACO AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or reputational damage, arising out of or related to your use of the service. PACO AI's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is capped at the total fees you paid to PACO AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PACO AI harmless from any claim brought by a third party arising out of content you submit, writes you approve, or your violation of these terms or of any connected platform's terms of service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel by emailing emmad@pacoai.co or by using the Disconnect option in the dashboard. On termination we revoke any platform tokens, stop all scheduled writes, and purge your data according to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy (lifetime of subscription plus 30 days).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of PACO GEO after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
